We stand behind the effectiveness of Noviqo products and offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the conditions below.
- The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of eligible bundles (2-Month and 3+1-Month packages).
- The guarantee begins on the delivery date of your first order and is limited to your first shipment only.
- Subscriptions and all subsequent recurring shipments are not covered by the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- Once a subscription renewal has been processed and shipped, the order is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or damaged.
Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring shipments at the selected delivery interval.
Your first order may qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable bundle selected).
All future subscription deliveries are excluded from satisfaction guarantees and are non-refundable.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date through:

Cancellation must be requested prior to the renewal processing date.
Once the renewal is processed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return Eligibility (Non-Subscription Orders)
To request a refund under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- The request must be submitted within 90 days of the first delivery.
- Products must be returned to our warehouse.
- Customers must contact us before returning items.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- For international returns, the same return conditions apply.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for excessive or abusive return activity.

Return Shipping
Please note, we will not accept any returns at our returns address unless you have contacted us via email beforehand and received confirmation to proceed with the return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
